Humanistic Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for a wide range of presenting issues. I work with individuals aged 13+ and am based in Lower Sunbury. I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with experience of working with issues such as anger, anxiety, depression, stress, loss & bereavement, trauma & abuse, relationship problems, work-related problems, low self-esteem, addictions and phobias.
