The 'All About Me' concept focuses on a variety of opportunities to look at who we are as individuals and how we can develop and reach our goals or develop our sense of wellbeing..
I offer one to one counselling sessions or professional life coach sessions either face to face, by telephone or in some cases by request we can use online conversation by appointment at your convenience.
I use proven methods of person centred psychotherapy as well as cognitive behaviour techniques, relaxation and affirmation to enable a person to find and fulfil their goals.

I offer Professional Life Coaching, Counselling, Esteem Workshops as well as Affirmation classes for children.
I am a very experienced trainer in the field of esteem, coaching and mentoring as well as health and wellbeing and any child related topic.
I have a wide knowledge of coaching and support, i also achieved distinction level for my Counselling Diploma and more recently have studied Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to enhance my Professional Development.
I offer a bespoke service for individuals, companies and staff CPD.
I am a registered member of the Sherwood Foundation Therapy Register and as such follow their Professional code of conduct.
