I can analyse your food diary however chaotic it is, and give you a clear picture of your nutritional profile with reference to current Food Standards Agency guidelines. Any suggestions for improvements to your diet can be discussed in confidence by e - mail. You need to be otherwise healthy and not on medication for dietary reasons.

Credentials

Sheffield University Masters Degree (MMed Sci) in Human Nutrition (2003). Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) with the Nutrition Society since 2004. Qualified and experienced Lecturer (PGCE) in FE and HE.
