Introduction

I use a combination of coaching and therapy in conjunction with powerful tools such as hypnosis and EFT to help people move forward in their lives. I use an amalgamation of techniques because every person is unique and should be treated as such. My approach is not a superficial one as I aim to help people to understand the underlying issues that hold them back, so they do not just let go of presenting symptoms, but also feel liberated throughout every aspect of their lives. The ultimate goal is to empower people to be their own therapist, so they can keep on growing under their own momentum.

I have experience in working with clients on a wide range of issues, from professional development to trauma resolution.

It is really important that you feel comfortable with your therapist, so you feel safe enough to open up. I offer a free initial thirty minute session, either by telephone or in person, so you can decide whether I am the person you are happy to work with.
