Introduction

I provide in-depth, effective help with difficult issues such as depression, anxiety, panic, relationships, addictions, anger, eating disorders, phobias, meaning & purpose, spiritual matters, sexual matters, guilt, shame, existential angst, life crisis, goal-setting, abuse and all troubling symptoms rooted in psychological and energy-based wounds. I have worked in this field for 23 years, and also supervise other professionals. My orientation is transpersonal and humanistic, and I specialise in depth psychology and dream analysis, and can work with any age-range and with individuals or couples. The work can be short-term and more cognitive,  or longer term and in more depth... both approaches have consistently proven to be helpful.
