Introduction
For the past thirty years Alex has been fine tuning and honing her coaching and business acumen in a variety of small and medium sized business settings. A solution focused approach and flexible mind set, together with strong organisational, presentation and logistical skills have provided the keys to successfully setting up and running several businesses alongside managing a busy family and home life.
In 2010 Alex took professional NLP coaching training to facilitate turning, what had always been, a passion into a new career. An instinctive coach, counsellor, advisor and mentor to friends, colleagues, business partners and associates over the years it was a natural and obvious step for her to utilise her skill set to set up her own motivational coaching business. Nicknamed the “coaching super nanny”, Alex has specialised in helping principally women survive and thrive in both their business and personal life.
Alex’s coaching is generally conducted on a one to one basis. She is highly skilled at quickly establishing a rapport with her clients enabling facilitation of a coaching relationship where the client feels valued and at ease. This enables a safe and confidential environment in which to challenge clients while supporting them in finding solutions using a holistic, systemic and time limited approach. In a business setting it provides an opportunity to perfect best practice, model processes, examine personal and organisational behaviours, determine strategy and fit this to the needs of both the individual and the company.
