My name is Mark Simmons and I am a personal trainer in Bradford. If you are looking for someone to encourage you and help you achieve your personal goals, look no further. I have been working as a personal trainer for several years and focus on meeting the particular needs of my clients. I specialise in working with Special Populations and the physically challenged.

I have worked with Primary School children and junior's all the way up to sports teams and professional female wrestlers.
I also have excellent experience of working in more specialised areas such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, MS, Parkinsons, Cardiac Rehabilitation, ADHD, Fragile X Syndrome and Dyspraxia.
