1-2-1 and email/telephone Counselling/NLP. I offer Counselling on an holistic and general basis.  I deal primarily with issues including depression, anxiety and low self-belief/worth. 
1-2-1 (Energy) Healing which is a (mostly) non-touch meditatve process that promotes relaxation and clarity and also assists physical ailments

Area covered

Havering (Essex) at Amethyst, 34 Corbets Tey Road, Upminster, RM14 2AD.  Also nationwide, as I offer telephone/email counselling sessions.

Example of Rates

1-2-1 Counselling: £50 per hour, 4 x pre-booked at £40 each.  Unwaged £35 per hour. 

Telephone/Email counselling: £60 incl 4 x 1 hour telephone calls and 20 email/texts. 

1-2-1 Healing: £20 (for approx 45 mins), 2 x pre-booked sessions @ £15 each or 4 x pre-booked sessions @ £12.50 each.  Unwaged £15 per session.

Credentials

Counselling; Positive Anxiety Management and Depression Management.  NLP Practitioner.  Healer (Student member) with the National Healing Trust.  I have also worked in the past with Terrence Higgins Trust.
