Introduction
Welcome to Body & Sole Therapy. Having worked in advertising for many years I decided to pursue a more rewarding career and retrained as a reflexologist. I treat both men and women for a variety of conditions, and have trained specifically in infertility and maternity reflexology. I have also qualified as a naturopathic nutrition therapist and, although I do not practice, incorporate advice on nutrition and supplementation into my treatments, as these are so fundamental to optimum health.
