Introduction

I have been working as an EFT practitioner since 2005 initially specialising in serious disease, weight loss and chronic pain. 

After a series of dysfunctional relationships i decided to take the time to work on myself and realised that having a fabulous relationship with myself meant attracting 'the one' and having a fabulous relationship with him, too.

I became passionate about helping people to make those first steps towards re-shaping their lives and the relationships within them. This is done through working at changing emotional patterns, which can affect beliefs and can dictate the type of relationships we attract.
