I am a Reiki Master Practitioner Teacher working with private, corporate and group party clients. I offer holistic healing treatments which amongst many things assist to reduce stress & anxiety, increase energy levels, balance emotions, improve creativity and general motivation. All of my treatments leave you feeling relaxed, calm, peaceful and more positive. The healing treatments assist in helping you to deal with stressful situations in a more positive and calm manner. Positive power thoughts, 'affirmations' are used within the healing treatments to promote a positive work/life balance and to assist in creating greater balance of Mind, Body & Spirit.
