One-to-one coaching and therapy, very direct, not always pretty, but usually very effectivley, without the dis-empowerment of lots and lots of regular meetings. I will both work on your problems with you, and give you the tools, techniques and insights to work on them yourself. Expect to be challenged ad pushed hard, expect excuses to be ignored, expect the truth to out. If this isn't your thing, find a counsellor!!!
