I am a Pilates Foundation Teacher, working with people of all ages & abilities to become more flexible, stronger, strengthen their core and have an overall feeling of wellness(including injury rehabilitation). I'm a member of the PILATES foundation UK, also qualified in teaching Pre and Post Natal exercise.
