PHYSIOTHERAPY
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy for all aches and pains, sports injuries, post surgical rehabilitation, whiplash and more! Also acupunture for pain relief, dental physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy for Neurological conditions, including Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Strokes, Spinal Cord injuries, and more

PILATES
We run regular 6-week beginners classes, which are suitable for anyone. Additionally we run intermediate and advanced classes every week.
Antenatal and Postnatal classes are also available, as are one-to-one or private group sessions, which can be booked by anyone!
MASSAGE
Sports massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage offered by qualified masseuse.

Friday: 9am-5pm

Saturday : 9am-12pm

Credentials

Lead Physiotherapist has a BSc from Sheffield, and an MSc from University College London, as well as having completed around 40 training courses!

All Pilates teachers are at least BSc qualified physiotherapists, and have undergone training with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI).

Our Masseuse is fully qualified in Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, and Relaxing Massage.
