I am based in Docklands and also work from Central London locations. I offer Reiki courses and sessions, Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regressions, EFT and Reiki Drum sessions.
 
Hypnotherapy helps you to use your own natural ability to access the unconscious mind to safely bring about the changes you require in your life.

Reiki reduces stress, improves relaxation and promotes well-being and balance on all levels: the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual.

Reiki Drum is a method of utilising the drum to introduce Reiki energy into a person's energy field to bring about deep relaxation thereby releasing deep tensions and achieving balance. 

Past Life Regression can be a very transformative and empowering process for anyone. It can give us valuable insights into our lives. The knowledge we gain can help us overcome obstacles, phobias, fear and habits and resolve relationship issues.

EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. It has been used to successfully treat a wide range of ailments and issues, whether they be physical, emotional or psychological.
