I am a licensed Acupuncturist and Oriental Medicine practitioner, and also teach Qi gong and Meditation classes.
I trained under a great Taoist Master in the Hawai'ian Islands, and have been passed many teachings and knowledge from this lineage. The "Silken Style" Qi gong that I teach has been passed down 64 generations.
I am interested in empowering clients by teaching you how to understand your own body, and learning ways in which to cultivate your own health and harmony.
Acupuncture is a way in which to connect to your body, regaining harmony and balance, and bringing about a deep sense of peace and wellness.
It can be used for stress, anxiety, fatigue, digestive disorders, gynaecological disorders, emotional problems, insomnia,
allergies and skin disorders.
