Introduction

We live in an extremely hectic world and people are now beginning to realise the benefits of holistic therapies.  It's very difficult when we feel that symptoms rule our lives.  However, by becoming aware of the positive intentions behind every behaviour, it is possible to re-code the brain to work in more beneficial ways to achieve your highest good.  With ongoing support, such as Reiki and Indian Head Massage, your healing journey will be greatly enhanced. Each individual has all the resources necessary for change already residing within.  I help you to awaken these latent potentials.  One of the things people really love about these treatments is just how differently they feel after having experienced them.

I work from a wonderfully restorative, calming space in East Dean (which is located between Eastbourne and Seaford) that aids the healing process and enables you to step off the busy world for a while. And we all need that every now and again, wouldn't you agree?

Life is not black and white to me.  It is any colour I want it to be.  It is all colours if I will it to be.  I hope that I can help others unlock their own rainbows.
