Introduction
EMERSON BASTOS HAS BEEN INVOLVED WITH COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES SINCE 1989 WHEN HE STUDIED ACUPRESSURE WHICH LED HIM TO SUBSEQUENTLY STUDY SHIATSU AND BECOME A REGISTERED PRACTITIONER IN 1996 AFTER 3 YEARS OF TRAINING WITH THE BRITISH SCHOOL OF SHIATSU-DO. HE HAS BEEN WORKING WITH IMMUNE SYSTEM RELATED CONDITIONS FOR OVER 13 YEARS. HE HAS A DEGREE IN P.E. AND HAS BEEN TEACHING SHIATSU SINCE 2000.
