What is Reiki? A reiki session, enables healing energy to work on every level, physical, emotional and spiritual to promote the body's self-healing ability. This simultaneously enhances self awareness, self knowledge and self development, thus creating wholeness, happiness and the ablility to be at one with yourself. Living your life to the full.

What happens during a treatment? We will begin with a short consultation to establish your aims for that session. for example you may wish to: focus on an ailment; focus on an eradication of a fera; or simply relax and enjoy the experience. The treatment is then carried out whilst you lay down, fully clothed on a couch, or if your condition makes this unsuitable, you will sit or remain standing. I will then place my hands over your body ina series of positions beginning with the head and then work down the body. Throughout the session you may experience different sensations such as tingling, warmth, lightness etc or you may just fall asleep! All of which are normal and helpful for rejuvenation. The session ends with a short consultation.
