Founded by Barbara in 2001, Equinox Training works exclusively with clients to bring about the positive changes they desired. In doing this we are able to choose from our many powerful skills, such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), to ensure that maximum change is achieved in a fast and safe manner.
Specialising in Stress related issues, we are able to tailor each session specifically as needed thus allowing maximum change.
We work in the Corperate field as well as with individual clients on issues ranging from Anxiety/Stress/Depression to Confidence/Weight/Phobias.

We offer Packages and easy payment plans which include all or some of the services we offer.
Hands on treatments such as Reflexology, Body and Indian Head Massage can be bought seperately or as part of a package, to eliminate the build up of toxins associated with Stress related issues, as we have found this assists your journey forward.
We offer a unique and powerful Stress Programme called 'STRESS and YOU' which is run as a 4 hour seminar giving you a new understanding and the tools you need for the future you choose.
