Introduction
Holistic therapy is a fantastic way of treating many emotional, physical, or anxiety related conditions from relatively minor problems that can often be treated in a single session to more serious issues that can be treated with a course of treatments. All holistic therapies can benefit you. However, you may find yourself drawn to one or two in particular. Etico Life offers a variety of products within the Embrace© range of products. Therapies include Reiki (Usui) healing, Crystal Therapy and Chakras Balancing, Life Coaching and Goal Balancing. I was attracted to holistic therapy initially purely for personal reasons having worked in high pressure jobs for a large part of my working life. I had experienced first -hand the debilitating effects stress can have on both the mind and body and overall well being. Once I became aware of the life changing results receiving Reiki healing gave me I became more interested in becoming a Master Practitioner and a Life Coach and embarked on a remarkable journey of self discovery and training.
People who choose to see myself or other practitioners often feel empowered to take more control over their own well being once they realise how much they can do to help themselves. The reasons why people become ill and sometimes don’t recover can be very complex, and we can’t make any promises. However, when we work together in a holistic way we become capable of achieving a lot more, sometimes with amazing results.

Embrace© Reiki Treatments
USUI REIKI: originated in Tibet and is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life (Rei) Energy (Ki). It is a spiritual healing discipline and has its roots in ancient Buddhist teachings. The Reiki Practitioner acts as a channel for this life energy, which the recipient of a Reiki treatment draws via the Practitioner, activating the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki goes to the deeper levels of a person’s being, where many diseases have their origin.
It works wherever it is most needed within the body, (physical) mind, (emotional) and spirit, (spiritual) releasing blocked energies, cleansing the body of toxins and working to create a state of balance. It is a gentle non-invasive method of hands on-healing that provides balance to the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental issues in our life.
Reiki reinforces the ability to take responsibility for ones life, and helps to make the necessary changes in attitude and lifestyle to promote a happier and healthier life. The receiver is fully clothed during this treatment. The end result is a treatment which lends true feelings of well being, balance and inner harmony
Embrace© Crystal Therapy and Chakra Balancing
CRYSTAL THERAPY traditions date back over 5 thousand years, the earliest references coming from Egypt. Crystals influence the subtle body - the energy body that carries our life force known as Ki –imagine the subtle body as an outer skin. This life force is particularly focused at energy centres called chakras.
By placing crystals on these chakra areas the healing effect of our system is boosted to bring better health and well being. The crystals chosen will be specific to the needs of individual clients and will involve laying out different energy grids or specific patterns of crystals around the body. Reiki is combined with crystal therapyand chakra balancing.
Crystal Therapy utilises the very ancient 'energetic gifts of crystals from the earth' to assist in re-dressing imbalances in the chakras and subtle energy systems, remove negativity , revitalize, rejuvenate, promote and encourage a return to health. The receiver is fully clothed during this treatment. The end result is a treatment which lends true feelings of well being, balance and inner harmony.

LIFE COACHING is for people who want to make a positive change in their life now. Take a
look at your life as it is today, are there things you'd like to change to make your life run better, to realise ambitions, fulfil potential, be happier, less stressful - then that's something life coaching can help you with. My approach to coaching is holistic, unlike many coaches who set out to fix what is wrong with people I believe in an approach that we are who we are through our cumulative experiences and circumstances.

Rates: Full Reiki Sessions : Sessions run for 1 hr with the exception of the first session which includes an additional 20 minute consultation session. Distant healing is also available on request. Cost per session £40. (30 minute sessions also available £25 per session)
Crystal Therapy and Chakra Balancing Sessions: Sessions run for 1 hr with the exception of the first session which includes an additional 20 minute consultation session. Includes free Personal Crystal Review Booklet and crystal. Cost per session £50.
Life Coaching Sessions run for 1 hr with the exception of the initial consultation which runs for 1 hr 30 mins. Cost per session: Initial Consultation £100 : Sessions thereafter £60 . Discounts are available for 5 and 10 week courses. Life Coaching can be delivered face to face or by telephone.

GOAL BALANCING is a perfect accompaniment to Life Coaching and can be combined easily with Life Coaching Sessions (Face to Face only). Goal balancing is one of the most useful methods available to the crystal therapist, crystals are chosen specifically to meet the individual needs of clients. It can be used in a wide variety of circumstances and has the advantage of precisely focusing the healing process in the desired direction. Working with goal balancing is very rewarding as it helps to remove blocks that are preventing someone from achieving their full potential.
