In addition to my coaching skills, I am a Level 2 qualified fitness instructor and Level 3 qualified personal trainer. My aim as a Personal Trainer is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. I believe that anyone can get fit and healthy with a regular programme of exercise and - just as if not more importantly - good nutrition. My job is to help you get there!
