In my work I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for those who want to gain a better understanding of themselves and their troubles, by exploring the feelings connected to them. Coming for counselling is the first step you can take to move forward from the difficulties, and I believe that everybody can realise what choices they have to find solutions to how to live a happier life. As we work together, hopefully a trusting therapeutic relationship will develop between us and you will feel safe to look at and explore the difficult issues at a deeper level.
