I offer a wide range of options including hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching that enables you to work through issues, perfect yourself and attain goals in all areas of your life such as weightloss, exam nerves, blushing, nailbiting, addictions and managing your emotions. My approach is flexible and tailored to your needs, your sessions are for you and I can offer a range of options. I will work to your requirements at all times and this may mean providing Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching separately or they can be integrated together.

I am non-judgemental and seek to allow you to gain your own understanding of your world, as only you truly know how you feel. I will facilitate your self learning, awareness, assessment of choices and positive changes. Providing you with support and encouragement.
