I am a professionally trained and qualified Coach, hold the Certificate of Professional Coaching Practice, and am an accredited member of The International Coach Federation.

Whilst most coaches work in both the professional and personal fields I have chosen to focus on personal coaching and formed Find Your Wings in 2010. The aim of Find Your Wings is to help people, quite simply, be the best they can be...

I help people work out what is really important to their happiness, success and wellbeing and I work in partnership with them to help them achieve it. I help clients lead a more purposeful, balanced and fulfilled life - and inspire them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

My clients come from a variety of backgrounds and for a wide variety of reasons. They may wish to achieve more focus and direction in their lives; gain more confidence and self belief; reduce stress levels; achieve better work/life balance; move on after separation or divorce; achieve promotion or a more fulfilling career; start up a business; gain more direction in retirement; have improved health and fitness; make the most of life despite disability - or to achieve things which up till then they thought were difficult or even impossible to achieve. However, whilst the reasons vary, they all have one thing in common. They all want to get the best out of their lives...

As well as delivering one to one personal coaching sessions (tailored to suit the clients requirements) I am available for group workshops and motivational talks to Charities and Support Groups.
