Before starting my coaching practice I worked in journalism and bodywork. My combined skills in both healing and writing means I am very grounded yet also very intuitive and empathetic.

I am based in central London and see clients face-to-face or on the phone. For international clients I find Skype is excellent.Where appropriate I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help release blockages and blas through self-limiting beliefs.

Your investment is £150 per hour for personal coaching. Discounts available for block bookings.
I recommend clients invest in a series of 4, 6 or 12 sessions to ensure maximum progress.
