Introduction
I am a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP working in Woodley, Reading. I offer one to one evening sessions during the week to adults and young people. I provide a confidential space in which an individual can share and explore any aspect of their life. There may be a particular issue that needs resolving, or there may be underlying feelings of emptiness, sadness or confusion about life.

Example of Rates
Fees are agreed during the initial session. My general rate is £40 for a 50 minute session, however this can be negotiated for those on a lower income.
Credentials
I have a degree in International Health Studies (BSc), Postgraduate Diploma in Person-centered and Existential Counselling and NVQ level 5 in Substance Misuse. I am a member of the British Associated of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
