As a traditionally trained Reiki Master & Sound Healer, Sheila gives one-to-one therapy sessions, using either Reiki or sound, according to the clients preference. Sheila provides a safe nurturing environment in her beautiful home treatment room for the release of any emotional blocks, bringing stress relief, deep relaxation, & enabling appropriate healing to begin.
