Nutrition and Life-style Coaching offers
A non-judgemental and understanding review of your current Life-style. This can include work-life-balance issues, unhelpful habits/addictions, eating disorders and healthy weight loss or gain in context to current activity levels and life-aspirations. Focus is on encouragement and on-going personal support to help clients to achieve their own goals.
Nutrient assessment of your usual food intake can be carried-out in relation to likely nutrient adequacy/inadequacy. If changes may be beneficial, ways to improve matters are discussed so that a client feels in-charge of their progress. (An additional charge based on the standard hourly rate of £45/hr is charged for detailed Nutrient Analysis)

Counselling and Psychotherapy offers
Caring, confidential support to help resolve problems with self-confidence, depression, anxiety, panic, bereavement, loss, anger, psychosomatic pain, OCD(resistant to CBT), relationships, gender-issues, spirituality etc.

Working to registering bodies' Ethical Standards:
Registered Nutritionist (associationfornutrition.com) and MBACP (bacp.co.uk).
In Spacious, light therapy room in SE Cambs CB21 and also with a Consulting-room at the Leisure Centre, Exning Rd, Newmarket CB8 0EA
Small group work is also available, by arrangment.

HALF-DAY WORKSHOPS, including Attentive Listening skills, Basics support for Bereavement/Loss, and Self-care Skills for Care-workers in Private and Voluntary Sector Organisations and Companies seeking to support staff through change management, including redundancy, which can lead to stress, anxiety and other life-style issues that demoralise and reduce employee productivity.
