Services
We offer four different services which are:
1. Consultation
We sit down with you, go over and discuss details and goals of your event. This would be small fee for this.
2. Planning and Preparation Package (P3)
This is where we take on the full responsibility of searching for the best vendors and services you will need for your event. We will be coordinating all the details of the event right up to the date set for the event, making sure everything goes as planned.
3. Day-of coordination services (DCS)
This is a decision made by you. If u want us to oversee the day the event is held, we will help by giving directions, solving problems and generally available whenever or whatever we’re needed for.
4. Complete Planning Service (CPS)
This is when you decide to hire us to do everything about the event and any other related activities for you. We will personally oversee and coordinate all the activities for the day(s) they are held. We will also help with post event tasks.
