Introduction
Nicola worked as a complementary therapist for many years before training as a clinical hypnotherapist. She has worked with a wide variety of people, helping with issues ranging from weight loss to anxiety, phobias to confidence building.
Nicola is a Fertility2Birth practitioner and offers a specialist program helping both clients who are struggling with infertility and also, for those who are already pregnant, supporting them in having a more relaxed birth.
Nicola’s approach s very much based on the individual and she will use a combination of techniques to tailor each session to your specific needs. Nicola is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and undertakes continual personal development in order to build on her existing skills and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques.
