Introduction
I am dedicated to helping people release tensions and stresses stored in their bodies so that they can feel really wonderful and remember what it feels like to be relaxed. I approach all treatment with the intention to coax and ease muscle tension; never to force and am guided by the client as to how deep or gentle the pressure should be. Overall I aim to provide an effective treatment that feels good.
I am interested in people and love to hear their stories and I love to work with people who recognise the value of feeling good and how this impacts on every other aspect of their lives.
I am a Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, qualified to a high standard (NVQ level 4), and am fully insured.
