Introduction
Nutritional therapy combines science (biochemistry and nutrition) with naturopathy (natural, drug-free medicine) in order to return the patient to a state of good health. Nutritional therapy is wholistic because it is designed to treat the body as a whole - curing the causes of problems, not just the symptoms as is often the case in conventional medicine.

Services
The first consultation lasts an hour and a half during which a thorough case history is taken and all health problems discussed in depth. An individual therapeutic diet is then drawn up together with suggested appropriate supplements and other natural products. Follow-ups are monthly as needed, and progress is discussed and changes to the treatment may be made. Length of treatment is usually about three months.
