I offer a confidential counselling service.
As a Cognitive Behavioural Counsellor I work with my clients assisting them in understanding their difficulties. I offer my clients support and encouragement as they learn to develop new ways of thinking, this retults in changed emotions and as a consequence changed behaviours.
I work in a friendly but professional way, therefore I adhere to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I work within a private counselling room very close to Brentwood's town centre.
Here, my clients can be reasured that whatever they choose to speak about, will remain totally confidential, it's a time a space where client's can open up with out being judged. I am empathic and caring, and my experience demonstrates the majority of clients have made significant improvements.
