Touch Therapies include Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles & Reiki. Our talk therapists deal with all kinds of emotional and behavioural issues, we work with peole looking to make changes in their lives in order to improve their well being. Typical sessions would include Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, Improving Confidence, Removing Fears & Phobias, IBS, OCD and Anger Management.
Life and Business coaching is also available. As well as this we provide numerous training options for people to learn and become skilled in a variety of therapies.
