I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and I run a private practice close to the centre of Taunton town - I offer counselling for a large variety of issues inc. Abuse,addiction, depression, low self esteem, loss and bereavement, relationships, anger and aggression, lack of confidence, trauma, stress, Anxiety, abandonment, sexuality, guilt and shame.

I offer a confidential, empathic and non judgmental environment where we can explore your issues and difficulties safely together.I have received training in a number of counselling theories incl. Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Motivational Enhancement therapy, but I adapt our therapy sessions to meet the individuals needs.
I have disabled access to my room, but in difficult circumstances I would be willing to make home visits.

CPCAB level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
CPCAB level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies.
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
training; Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Technique, Mental health First Aid.
Currently studying towards the CPCAB level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills and Studies.
