Introduction

I have worked as a health professional in the NHS, health & fitness industry and voluntary sector for over 20 years. I have managed in public health in the NHS working in hospital and Primary Care Trust settings in and around London. I have vast experience of working with young  people  and adults particularly in the voluntary sector, especially in the areas of mental health, health promotion and social care. I have over five years experience as a massage therapist, counsellor and psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and reiki practitioner. I work holistically using different approaches and techniques to ensure that the clients specific needs are met. I am committed to meeting the client's needs.
