Introduction
The Bowen technique is a safe,& effective treatment
using gentle, rolling type moves over muscles & tendons.These subtle
adjustments help relieve tension, reduce pain & initiate the healing
process.Common problems presented are frozen shoulders, back pain,sports
injuries,RSI & tennis elbow, but there are many conditions which respond
well to treatment. Bowen is safe to use on babies, pregnant women, the elderly & can be very beneficial following an operation, a stroke or childbirth.
