Introduction

I have over 18 years experience in the health and fitness field. I began as a fitness instructor in 1989 in Health Clubs and
teaching various exercise classes around London. In 1991, I began practising Holistic Massage. Further training in various complementary therapies and yoga has given me scope to combine treatments and yoga instruction according to client's needs and problems. My treatments allow you the space to reflect on what
is happening in your life and for your body to relax and renew, so that
your stress and tensions have the time to diminish. If your health is
suffering due to your stresses, the time for relaxation is also essential
