Introduction

Michelle Patterson is the founder and facilitator of "Make Time for Me Time".

Originally from an IT Support background and having worked in the industry for over 13 years, Michelle realised it was time to change and decided to turn her dreams into reality. Michelle then launched her own company, which has now been running successfully for well over a year. 

Michelle is a charismatic, outgoing and passionate person and as a result of those skills, she is eager to inspire and motivate individuals to become the best that they can be through the services she offers.

Michelle personally feels life experience is the key to empower others as well as reading and listening material that are available.  This is what helps Michelle to facilitate unique workshops and coaching sessions with her clients.
