My life is a life coaching and personal development website aimed to assist all age groups with releasing the stresses and strains of everyday life. We use alternative therapies such as hypnosis, EFT, NLP, theta, reiki and personal coaching. Its aim is to help individuals deal with everyday anxieties. We also specialise with families in trauma and work with children to build their self esteem and confidence. We are here to help you get back your enthusiasm for life and set you on the right pathway. We have a team of therapists and consultants here to assist with rationalising the stresses of everyday life, developing a work-life balance or maybe you just simply need someone to talk too.
