EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

EFT is enormously powerful in all areas as it can get to the core of our problems in a very short time by removing emotional blocks and limiting beliefs that hold us back. There is no issue too big or too small for EFT. What ever is troubling you please ask.

Reiki

Reiki, now used in mainstream medicine, is a non- invasive natural healing therapy which may be used safely by people of all ages, including surgical patients, the frail and elderly.

A session is carried out with the recipient fully clothed (the energy passes through material and even plaster casts) lying or sitting down. Natasha then gently places her hands on or over your body and the healing energy flows to where it is needed.

She can also train you to become a Reiki healer yourself.

Reflexology

This is an ancient healing art first used by the Chinese and Egyptians thousands of years ago. It works on the reflex points in your hands or feet that correspond to all the organs in your body.

Natasha's sensitive and trained hands can detect tiny deposits and imbalances. Then by gently applying pressure and massage to the relevant area on the hand or foot she will restore and maintain your body's equilibrium and encourage healing.
