I am a qualified life coach (MASC) living in Bristol.
Previously I had a career within the commercial sector which gave me an abundance of experience in coaching, planning, problem solving and people management.
After 20 years within this environment I lost my husband to cancer. This life changing occurrence gave me a chance to re-evaluate my future.
A career as a life coach was the perfect answer, using my skills and experience I had gained from my previous career I knew I could support others in making the right positive changes in their lives.

Example of Rates
My fee for individual coaching is £70 for 90mins (£50/1 hour). The session is paid for in person either cash or cheque (with guarantee card). I charge the full fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
