Introduction
Fully qualified Nutritional Therapist using naturopathy and iridology to guide my diagnoses. The first consultation lasts about an hour and a half during which a medical life history is taken. A personalised therapeutic diet is then worked out, together with possible supplementation. Subsequent meetings are generally monthly. Progress and changes to the therapy may be made. Remember, nutrition is the only way we can improve and alter our health and well-being.
