Introduction

As a meditation teacher and Reiki Mater I work in the area of universal energies and am pleased to be able to use them more proactively with reiki for healing and self healing.  I firmly believe in the bodies ability to heal itself and reiki enhances this.  I encourage clients to self empower themselves by also using meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques.  Some of the areas I have worked in are pain relief, injuries, ME, cancer.  I offer a safe and caring environment.  In it simplest form reiki is wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic reducing stress and tension in all the energy fields of the body.
