Introduction

I am a holistic therapist treating the whole person, specialising in Reiki and Indian Head Massage. Having spent many years in the nursing profession I have in depth knowledge of the way our bodies respond to stress and use this in my treatments.   Low on energy, stressed out and not sleeping well then the ancient art of Reiki can rebalance your energies. Reiki promotes balance and harmony in the mind and body, bringing a sense of well being on spiritual and emotional levels.  Indian Head Massage is a gentle form of massage given over clothing. The treatment is carried out on the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck face and scalp.  It helps to relieve muscular tension, improve joint mobility and lymphatic circulation. It also helps to reduce mental and emotional stress.
