Drop in Matwork £10 per hour session or £48 for 6 sessions. One to one £35.

Credentials

Certified with Stott Pilates in Matwork and Reformer. Trained on cadillac and in injuries and special populations. Experienced in working with dancers, runners, athletes, young and elderly rehab clients.
