Group classes of no more than twelve. Classes of one and a half hours including Relaxation/Meditation at the end. Mat Work with Small Equipment. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level classes
Private Classes; one to one and small groups of up to four.  (Remedial and rehab classes.)
Pilates for Golf classes, Pilates for Horse Riders, Spirals Movement Classes.
General Counselling. Person Centered Approach.  Member BACP Registered Counsellor
