Reach Life Coaching has been set up by Emma Kisly, who is a qualified Life Coach and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner.
We use a combination of active listening, pertinent questioning, Neuro Linguistics (which identifies how you communicate and process information), and common sense. Using these techniques we can find what is the best approach for you to move towards your goals or away from any issues you may feel are holding you back.

Reach Life Coaching has been set up to help people with Personal and Business Coaching.Business coaching with Reach Life Coaching helps you focus on different areas within the work environment, including:
* How you approach your career
* How you approach your colleagues
* Obstacles you feel are in your way, such as challenging colleagues
* Behaviours that you have that you feel are holding you back
By looking at these areas and others, we can find the best way for you to use the tools Business Coaching gives you. You will learn to look at your work environment from a different angle, which gives you more opportunities for future development.
With Personal Coaching we can look at:
* What you want and need in a job or career – just because you enjoy doing something, it doesn’t mean you cannot make a living out of it
* What behaviours you have that you feel restrict you
* Improving communication with your family, partner and peers
* What behaviours you have that you feel help you
* Clarify what changes you want to make in your life and why
* Getting the tools you need to understand yourself and the world around you
