Introduction
Hello and welcome! I have been practising reflexology since 2001 and now specialise in reflexology during the whole sequence of maternity, from pre-conception health, throughout the whole pregnancy including the first trimester, to labour and post-natal care. I also offer support during fertility treatments, and help with menstrual and gynaecological problems. This can be an anxious and stressful time for many people, and reflexology is an ideal treatment for relieving stress and bringing about balance and harmony in both mind and body. I am fully qualified and insured.
